Delivery Schedule

Deliveries despatched on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (exc bank holidays) for delivery on Wednesday

Deliveries to N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Scottish highlands and islands may take up to 3 days (Channel Islands can take up to 5 days)

Couriers normally deliver between 8.00am and 6.00pm but we regret that we are unable to give a delivery time or guarantee either am or pm delivery

We will attempt to ensure that all orders placed with us by 2pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday (exc Bank Holidays)

All delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to any inconsistency with the carriers or Royal Mail.

All next day and large parcels will require a signature on delivery so please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

1st class parcels should in theory be, and in many cases are, delivered the following working day. However, at times, it can take slightly longer and we regret that we cannot take any action with regards to delayed 1st class parcels until 14 days after despatch.

International orders are generally sent by air and delivered in 7 to 10 days depending on the destination.

Should we be unable to deliver your goods as agreed we will contact you to arrange an alternative delvery time. Should no alternative arrangements be possible a full refund will be made.

* During periods of peak demand we may not be able to keep up with our normal despatch schedule so if your order is time critical please e-mail us at info@tbftackle.com quoting your order number to notify us of your orders urgency .

Tax Charges

All orders include 17.5% VAT (Sales Tax) which will be removed from all orders being sent outside of the UK and EU before your account is charged.

Non EU exports may be liable to import duties which have to be paid on receipt and over which we have no control.

Credit Card Security

Our shopping cart is totaly secure and is held on a secure server. Payments are taken by our secure payments provider Bank of Scotland. This system is in-line with the latest best practise and your card details are not submited to, or held by, Tunnel Barn Farm Tackle Ltd.

Guarantee

Our aim is to try and guarantee your satisfaction and to this end we endeavor to check that all items are correct before despatch. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the order we will try and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. If an item is found to be defective upon receipt we will replace it at our expense as soon as we receive the faulty item back. Most of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and may not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, miss use, modification or general wear and tear. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advice you how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Complaints

If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us at admin@tbftackle.com.  All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
