Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.
You have 7 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it.
Please notify us before returning the item and also ensure that you include your name, address and instructions with the returned item.
The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused, in saleable condition and the packaging and any labels are not damaged.
Postage charges, both for the original order and the return of the goods, will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us.
For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.
If the item you wish to return is was specifically ordered for yourself then there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the amount refunded.
